Customers may request a custom extrusion through our online order form. We will ask you to provide the specifications like alloy, temper, length, order weight, etc… to ensure our production schedule meets your demand requirements. Our order form has help guides for each category to help you make the right choice. We even provide the option to attached a CAD or PDF file for reference.

 We work with you to make your extrusion to the highest standard.

Minimum Production Pounds:

• 7″ Press – 500 lbs. is the minimum production order.
• 8″ Press – 1,000 lbs. is the minimum production order.
• 10″ Press – 2,500 lbs. is the minimum production order.

After you completed the custom extrusion form, your quote will automatically be submitted to our office. We will also send out an immediate confirmation email for your records. Within 24-48 hours, a sales associate will then contact you for pricing information based on your product specification and special needs.
