Standard Sections
All sections shown in this catalog are ready for production and prompt delivery. Some materials carried as stock items.
Special Sections
We will produce extrusion dies to customer specifications.
Light Weight Extrusions
We can produce thin-wall extrusions while holding close dimensional tolerances on a special inquiry basis.
Heat Treatment
Available tempers: T-4, T-5, T-6. Up to 40 ft. lengths.
Additional Fabrication
Additional fabrication capabilities include punching, drilling, and short-length sawing(as an outside service).
Anodizing
As an outside service.
Painting
Special paint finishing is available, including standard polyester enamals, powder coatings, and Kynars. (as an outside service) Stock colors include dark, medium and light bronze, white, beige, black and dark brown. Other colors avaiable upon special inquiry.
Buffing and Sanding
We can supply polished extrusions with an automatic reciprocating buffer using an aluminum oxide compound. We also supply several varieties of directional finishes with parallel scratch lines by using various power-driven abrasive wheels.
Scrap Processing
Customer scrap may be returned to our main facility in Houston, Texas
