Established as an independent
extruder in 1980 in Houston, Texas, Non-Ferrous Extrusions has become a 3 press
operation with an international sales base. We service an extremely wide range
of industrial, commercial and wholesale customers with particular regard to
small, quick-turn orders. Non-Ferrous Extrusions is an extrusion plant. Our
inventory includes aluminum extrusions, heatsinks, high-aspect ratios, custom
extrusions, hollow extrusions, tube, threshold, rod, channel, bar and window
shapes in open tooling. We specialize in 6063, 6061 and 6005 alloys with an
average lead time of less than 21 days and can produce custom extrusions in
addition to our open tools. Our normal minimums are 250 lbs(112.5 Kg) solid and
500 lbs(225Kg) hollow, but we do extrude smaller and prototype production
orders by special request. Close tolerances, high-aspect ratios, and quick lead
times are our specialty. We offer CAD services, painting, anodizing and further
fabrication. Our offices are open from 8:00 to 5:00 CST. Drafting facilities
are included in our quotation process at no charge. Our knowledgeable sales
